The Lanka Ashok Leyland Partner is a light commercial vehicle designed for last-mile delivery, regional logistics, and urban goods distribution. Thanks to its maneuverability and substantial load capacity, it is heavily utilized for transporting agricultural produce, FMCG goods, retail inventory, construction supplies, courier parcels, and industrial freight. It is also widely adapted for custom body applications such as refrigerated vans for cold-chain distribution, flatbeds, and mobile service units.

Engineered for performance and driver fatigue reduction, it features a 3L Turbocharged Diesel Common Rail Engine paired with a 5-speed synchromesh gearbox and tiltable power steering. Built to carry heavy commercial loads with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 7,000 kg and a 4,500 kg payload capacity, it comes equipped with hydraulic vacuum-assisted brakes featuring a Load Conscious Regulating Valve (LCRV).
