Agreement signing ceremony was held at Ministry of Transport & Civil Aviation. Mr. L P Jayampathy – Secretary – Ministry of Transport & Civil Aviation and Mr. Upali Marasinghe – Chairman – Sri Lanka Transport Board, signed the agreement on behalf of Government of Sri Lanka and Mr. Umesh Gautam – Chief Executive Officer of Lanka Ashok Leyland signed the agreement on behalf of Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC.
