Order for 500 Engine Kits from Sri Lanka Transport Board

Ministry of Transport & Civil Aviation, Government of Sri Lanka has awarded the entire order of 500 Engine Kits to Ashok Leyland, India under Government of India’s Line of Credit (EXIM Bank).

Handing-over ceremony was organized at Colombo and the first consignment of 200 engine kits was handed over by Mr. Umesh Gautam, CEO – Lanka Ashok Leyland PLC, to Hon. Nimal Siripala De Silva, Minister of Transport & Civil Aviation, and Mr. Ramal Siriwardena, Chairman – Sri Lanka Transport Board.
